Suppose that 3000 drivers in Wakanda were randomly breath-tested on 21 April 2019 and 116were above the limit of 0.05 blood-alcohol level. On the 15May 2019 ,4000deivers were tested and 98 were above this level. What additional information would you require before trying to draw a conclusion from the data?
Before the proportion was = "\\dfrac{116}{3000}" = 0.0387 and after a month the proportion was "\\dfrac{98}{4000}" = 0.0245
Before we draw any conclusion from these data we have to make sure that the samples are somewhat identical as if we include too much non drinkers obviously the rate will decrease.
