If F means a Filipino, then the outcome FFF is impossible because there are 2 Filipinos at the meeting according to conditions of the question.

Sir what about the possible outcome FFF Does that count so that the total possible outcomes is 8?

Dear angeli, according to conditions of the question, three envoys were selected at random, that is why 4 Koreans are not considered in the experiment, a solution of the question considers only 3 (instead of 4).

hello sir, i was just wondering why is it only 3? i mean, isn't it supposed to be like this >> KKKF something like that since there are 4 Koreans? I'm really confused, I hope you'll see this!
