A sample of 40 orders using the new delivery process yields a mean of 27.5 minutes and a standard deviation of 4 minutes. Using the steps of p- value approach (a) at 0.01 level of significance , is there an evidence that the population mean delivery time has been reduced below the previous population mean of 30 minutes?
