for all above equation we have to assume value..
S = {s1, s2, ..., sn},denotes the physical servers in data centers.
R = {r1,j , r2,j , ..., rm,j}, rm,j is the requirement of ith resource submitted by jth job.
εj is the total number of jth job.
sv;i refers to the capacity of vth resource in ith nodes.
