By Vieta's formula for a quadratic polynomial we have

x1+x2=bax_1+x_2=-\dfrac{b}{a}

x1x2=cax_1\cdot x_2=\dfrac{c}{a}

Given

x1+x2=32=bax_1+x_2=\dfrac{3}{2}=-\dfrac{b}{a}

x1x2=52=cax_1\cdot x_2=-\dfrac{5}{2}=\dfrac{c}{a}

Let a=2.a=2. Then b=3,c=5.b=-3, c=-5.

The equation is

2x23x5=02x^2-3x-5=0
