$XZ=XY+YZ=2XY$

$XY=\dfrac{1}{2}XZ=\dfrac{1}{2}(20)=10$

Then

$$WX=XY=YZ=10$$

$$WZ=WX+XY+YZ=3(10)=30$$

$$VW=VZ-WZ=52-30=22$$

$VW=22$
