Solution
It is quite easy when we take a case of polygons with 4 right angles - rectangle
The area of rectangle can be found as a product of its sides.
Consider the following images:
As we may see, the blue polygon has length=1 and width=5, hence, its area is 5, the red polygon has length 1, width=3, hence its area is 3.
And the ration of their areas is 5:3.
