How can we draw a triangle with having two sides and bisector?

Let b and c be the lengths of the sides.
1) Draw the bisector of angle A, let it be the angle BAD so that AB = b
2) Again draw the bisector of angle A but now on the side AD, let it be DAC, where AC = c.
Then the triangle& ABS is what we need.
