"area=L*W"
total area of parking lot = Ttl.A
length = L = (4x+10)m
width = W =(2x+10)m
visitor's area = V.A = 24m2
workforce area = W.A
"Ttl.A=(4x+10)*(2x+10)"
"Ttl.A=8x^2+40x+20x+100"
"Ttl.A=(8x^2+60x+100)m^2"
area for workforce = total area - area for visitors
"W.A=Ttl.A-V.A"
"W.A=(8x^2+60x+100)-24"
"W.A=8x^2+60x+76"
area for workforce = (8x2+60x+76)m2

Suppose that the basic hourly rate for a weekly paid worker at katic life assurance is $45 and any hours above are paid at $65. Tax is paid at a rate of 25% on any earnings above $750 a week. Assuming hours worked for this worker per week (H) exceed 40; write an expression for the net weekly wage in terms of H, simplifying it to it's lowest terms.
