It is not possible.

If there were the same number of boys and girls (25% each), the number of children (50%) would be equal to the number of adults (50%). Since there are fewer girls than boys (the percentage of girls is less than 25 percent), the percentage of children cannot exceed 50 percent. We got a contradiction because according to the problem, in a community there are more children than there are adults.
