How much higher is the ball than when it was let go? (in m to 3 s.f)

v2= 5.30 ms-1


h = v12/(2g) - v22/(2g)


g = constant = 9.8 ms-2


h = 152/(2* 9.8) - 5.302/(2* 9.8)

h = 11.47959 - 1.43316

h = 10.04643

h = 10 m (3 s.f)
