1253×x=1052.5×x125105=3×x2.5×x20=0.5×xx=40125-3\times x=105-2.5\times x\\125-105=3\times x- 2.5\times x\\20=0.5\times x\\x=40

so the value of each gift card will be

1253×x=1052.5×x125-3\times x=105-2.5\times x

now putting the value of x in above equation

1253×40=1052.5×40125105=1051005=5125-3\times 40=105-2.5\times 40\\125-105=105-100\\5=5

so the value of each gift card will be $5.
