Let the price per lacer tag be $x$

Let the price for climbing rock wall be $y$

We have $2x +3y=31$

$4x+y=27$

Solving these linear equations in two variables we have, $x=5 \space and \space y=7$

Hence the Main event charges 7 dollars for climbing rock wall.
