The graph shows the temperature y in a freezer x minutes after it was turned on. minutes after being turned​ on, the temperature was actually degrees from what the trend line shows. by the graph, at X=5 minutes, Y=15"\\degree F" , or five minutes after freezer was turn on.

But it is given that the temperature was actually "3\\degree F" from what the trend line shows, it means that the actual temperature could be 3"\\degree F" more or "3\\degree F" less than the predicted temperature of 15"\\degree F" .


thus,

actual temperature is : 15"\\degree F \\pm 3\\degree F"


so the actual temperature is : 18"\\degree F or 12\\degree F"
