Fraction represents a part of a whole or any number of equal parts and describes how many parts of a certain size there are, for example, one quarters, one eighth, one third, one sixth.

2 . If we divided a circle into three parts, it doesn't mean that all parts represent third.

Only blue diagram is divided into same parts which are equivalent for each other.
