In the context of choosing a “whole”, explain when a “quarter” is not always equal to a “quarter”.

A Quarter of Whole is not equal to Quarter when Whole is not equal to 1. If Whole is 1, then Quarter of Whole is 0.25. If we take Whole that equals to 2 it's Quarter will be 0.5 that isn't required value.

Example: Full pizza usually has 8 slices. Then Quarter of Whole Pizza is 2 slices. Not 0.25 slices.
