In principle, this is good. If a child by the age of four already knows how to count numbers, then he has minimal mathematics skills, which positively affects thinking and development in general. On the other hand, if a child does not know how to count figures by four years, this does not mean that he is lagging behind in development, it all depends on the child’s inherent interest.
