The primary goal of analyzing the organizational behavior is to understand the behavior of people within the organization. Firstly, the analysis of organizational behavior helps management to study why employees behave in a particular manner. For instance, the study of human behavior helps in defining the status, authority and power of an individual within the organization. Secondly, the analysis of organizational behavior helps one in understanding the relationship between employees and management. For example, when managers understand the behavior of his employees, it is possible to motivate them. Similarly, organizational behavior promotes labor relations which in the long run lead to organizational success.
