In the Herzberg’s Theory, factors affecting workforce dissatisfaction and satisfaction are of two types. The elements can either be motivational or hygienic. They are both significant since they enable workers to work comfortably at their place of work and be satisfied with their occupations. For a better job in an organization, the workers should be thoroughly contented to facilitate a quality task for the clients.
