In joining the corporate world, every group has a specific aim and objectives. Different things motivate different age groups. The younger generation is more motivated by periodic pay rise than the older generation. Since the youths are new in the corporate sector, they will look for opportunities for career growth. Additionally, such people have several plans for their life such as having a family, among other things that require cash. For that reason, they shall be more motivated with regular pay rise as it will help them in achieving their aims.
