The cause of this situation is due to many job applications done by various candidates without any achievement. The proponent’s outcome was that this e-portfolio could not be substituted to begin again. Hence, having an e-portfolio at hand does not give a room for the Job seekers. The advancement of the Technology is not welcoming to the proprietor. The reason for this is that the HR has a software transmission that does not link the website of e-portfolio storage. E-portfolio information is overworked, and hence managers are unable to study every info as traveling during school-time.
