Job satisfaction is considered to be the precursor towards organizational productivity. Dissatisfied staffs will obviously not be able to give in their full effort toward meeting their respective job roles. However, a satisfied workplace generates low employee turnover, integration among the members and smoother communication across all levels (Carman, 2013, p.55). Satisfied staffs often develop a willingness to better working standards as well as ensuring unity at the workplace. They feel wanted at work which is reflected in their cohesive behavior and nature of work. The organization as a whole benefits from the output that is generated, at the same time benefiting from the employee branding policies. Therefore, staff satisfaction is highly necessary to be sure of banking upon the efforts of the employees.
