Answer on question #57991 - Management

How do managers differ from nonmanagerial employees?

The main role of managers is to manage a company and its employees. Managers are responsible not only for their work, but also for results of work of departments and a company entirely. Moreover, managers can decide and choose a strategy of development of their company. Nonmanagerial employees in their turn are responsible for performance of the current tasks which are given by managers. The main task of every employee is to achieve the goals which a manager sets. The ways of their achievement are chosen by managers as well.
