The United Methodist Church would use the property to establish a sectarian middle school. Planet, a well-known car dealership, would revamp the property and operate it as a branch location.

If you were a member of the school district board, what factors would you consider in evaluating the two bids?

If I were a member of the school district board, I would consider not only price, but also the ability of remaining the school in evaluating the two bids, even if this school is middle and sectarian. As both these factors are in favor of the church, I would give this property to the church, if I were a member of the board.
