Black learners of Hoerskool Jan Viljoen are facing racism from their white peers and some teachers in the school, as public relations office I will conduct awareness education on students and teachers to teach them about racism, how they may be practice racism to others unknowingly, and the consequences of racism in schools. I will also encourage school management to incorporate policies that protect the rights of all students in the school culture as well as to conduct racism training for all teachers.
