Yes your teachers have been trained for the methods of teaching EMS but the level of teaching or understanding of an individual teacher is solely based on their individuality, that is , it completely depends on the kind of training and experience years. These principles includes; encouraging contact between students and faculty, develop reciprocity and cooperation among students, encourage active learning, give prompt feedback, and  emphasize time on task.
