A - The great lesson to be learnt from Mahindra Tech Gender Equality is that when offering employment and job opportunities, it is a crucial thing to consider diversity of people. People's gender, education level, race, religion among other should not be considered but rather the capabilities of the particular candidates.
B - For change of diversity and sustainability, other Indian corporate houses should formulate ways of employing people's based on their capabilities of handling tasks rather than their physical appearance, race, and other affiliations among others.
