A concern has been identified regarding the “high rates of road accidents”. Conceptualize the problem at hand and address the following matters.
a) Identify the problems that exist in the scenario.
b) Develop a problem analysis/ tree for the most critical problem.
c) Develop an objective analysis/ tree for that problem.
d) Identify the key stakeholders.
e) Develop a logical framework for the scenario
f) What tools would use to Monitor and Evaluate the above scenario?
A concern has been identified regarding the "high rates of road accidents". Conceptualize the problem at hand and address the following matters.
A. As we know that there are various Problems regarding high rates of road accidents such as Many roads have the insufficient capacity, poor sidewalks, unlimited crossings and the lack of road equipment and the safety measures, in cities, streets are very congested and most of bridges and the culverts are old as well as narrow and high Highway traffic heavily taxed.
B) On the basis of above given scenario, we develop the problem analysis as the major reason behind this problem is insufficient capacity of roads , unlimited crossings due to various Restrictive physical and the geometric elements like width of lane , lateral clearance, and the horizontal alignment of road shoulders, gradient and the pavement surface condition are some of the factors that capacity and the level of service, Even the intersection of road affect road capacity.
c) Objective analysis for the high rates of road accidents such as To study causes of accidents and suggest the corrective measures at the potential location, evaluating the existing design, computing financial losses incurred, supporting the proposed design and provide the economic justification to improvement suggested by the traffic engineer.
D)The key stakeholders for Insufficient capacity of roads such as include the customer or the peoples , subcontractors, suppliers, and and the government are stakeholders.
e) logical framework for high rates of road accidents due to Insufficient capacity of roads due to width of lane, Heavy vehicles, Design speed, Other grade pedestrians midblock, Curb parking and the Lateral clearance which is concrete barrier.
F) We would use various statistical tools and techniques to Monitor and Evaluate the scenario of high rates of road accidents such as surveys reports based in the statistics based on the road accident data, as well as the road accident data for further explanation.
