Present your main findings in a presentation suitable for Fitflop managers. To achieve this, you will need to discuss motivation and team effectiveness theory within the context of the case study organisation. You should then present current strategies used by the company by summarising the main findings on motivation and team effectiveness into a PowerPoint presentation. This presentation should be suitable to disseminate to Fitflop managers and be no longer than 8 slides and with supportive presenters’ notes. Your presentation must be included/pasted into the one MS Word or PDF file document that you submit.
Some of the ways Fitflop can use to develop effective team through motivation is by:
a) Offer opportunities for self-development by providing necessary materials an employee needs to nurture their talents.
b) Providing a good working environment for the team where they can concentrate and know that the company is after their well-being. This motivates them to not let the company down.
c) Encouraging their happiness by providing incentives where appropriate or giving promises of awarding of bonuses after a task is completed. It will give the employees a perfect motivating factor to do an excellent job.
e) Setting clear goals is also one way of motivating the employees by not making them to be in the dark, which makes them to have no clear direction to be taken.
