The issue is that the building of the multi-storey building was not done according to the right standards of architectural designs and constructions. If the construction would have followed the right standards, it would not have collapsed. The suggesti on in t his case is that any construction works should not just be designed by qualified and experienced architects, but also, these professionals should manage construction projects from the start to the end.
