Management of change is not a time wasting unit and is in fact imperative to human resource management practice. Organizations are always evolving and reinventing themselves, and effectively managing for change facilitates a structured, consistent and measurable change environment to be utilized. Change management focuses on the people side of change, and it is thus playing an increasingly important role in modern organizations. Students whi wish to practice human resource management should cover scope of managing for change.
