As technology improves, tasks that were performed by human employees are now carried out by computer systems.

This technology is expensive some times in installing hardware and software services need a lot of money. Also it is expensive in terms of employee training it needs experts so that they may train employees for the introduction of information systems that they were not used to it before.

Thieves and hackers have taken advantage of stealing private information by using technology. They get access to a company information and distribute the information over the internet in order to destroy the company’s image.
