Yes, It surprises me! Because old people cannot be productive in work as compared to youthful generation. Also, young children cannot be deployed to work in an industry that demands undivided attention. As workers age, their physical and mental abilities tend to decline, and, accordingly, the occurrence of accidents and diseases within workers increases as they age. Therefore, work ability evaluations and the systematic management of elderly workers are necessary.
