Describe the tools or model normally used in analysing industry forces and firm’s internal resources and capabilities.

Internal and external aspects that can effect your firm are examined in a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) study. The strengths and shortcomings are internal things. Threats and opportunities are external forces.
