The political forces that affect the lemon tree hotel line during this pandemic is the nationwide lockdown and the government to insist that the hotels should not be overcrowded but to admit certain number to maintain social distancing rule.

The economic force that affect the hotel during the pandemic is that the benefits of the business has dropped and this has forced them to retrench some workers which has led to slow services within the hotel due to law customers turnout. 

Social forces that has affected the lemon hotel is that the people are afraid that there is high contraction of the virus thus stopping them from visiting the hotel since the hotels have a lot of traffic of people coming from different places thus making the hotels a hotspot for the contraction of the virus.

The approach on the pandemic.

In order for the lemon tree hotel management face the pandemic effectively, they have to comply with health and safety duties and broader duties of care and good faith to workers. The workers should monitor local governmental and world health organization advice to prevent the spread of the virus.
