3Nikita should select a behavioral theory for faster results because the behavioral perspective implies that human behavior is learned and influenced by the external environment thus the worker's characters will be modified by how they interact with their leaders. Learning through reinforcement brings about employees' behavior modification by use of positive or negative reinforcement. Positive reinforcement such as motivating best-performing workers by giving them rewards will encourage a change of attitudes toward work. Negative reinforcement such as punishing the poor performance and lawbreakers will influence behavior change.
