I agree that every family has its own culture. The reason is that every family has its own and unique manner of handling things, to which such technical ways of doing things tell much about each family, whereas there is also a case of inheritance.

Indeed, my family's culture has impacted my mental development since my culture has taught me the modes of living and mingling with other people, a case that comes out from my cognitive structure in the forms of thoughts and actions. Moreover, the issue of culture has made me think optimistic about life in general.
