Team dynamics form an integral part of a team and determine the characteristics while serving a particular purpose. They are the behavioral aspects between team members; in this case, team dynamics shows how each team member interacts, works, and communicates to impact the team's success. Some of the dynamics evident include sharing purpose, the team working towards achieving a particular goal, and being on the same page. Diversity and inclusion is another team dynamic presented in the team; they have various ideas, thoughts and come from different backgrounds but work together to achieve team purpose. However, diversity affects team performance and I would suggest the team leader encourage diversity through cultural intelligence approaches to accommodate cultural differences and create a healthy team environment.
