By referring to the theory presented on the course, write an essay in which you discuss the team dynamics evident in this team. Make some suggestions as to how the team dynamics can be improved.

My organization’s objective is the development of a new prototype for a concentrated solar energy system, and my main concern is to ensure efficiency in the sides of all the teams that I manage. In the case of the development managers, I will ensure that they effectively identify and research ways to improve prototypes. Consequently, the engineers, scientists, and technologists, especially the scientist, will manage them according to scientific concepts based on the research on how to improve our solar system products. Moreover, regarding the engineers and the technologists, I will make sure that they adhere to the scientific concepts provided by scientists in the structuration and manufacture of new prototypes for the concentrated solar energy system.
