• Resource scarcity- in this case workers are forced to share limited resources which cause unhealthy competition as workers grab available resources to do their work.
• Communication problem- Lack of clear communication in an organization creates conflict between employees and the manager because of misunderstanding of what need to be done by every worker hence poor relationships in the organization.
• Reward system bias- This creates conflicts when employees are not rewarded as per the agreement between them and the employer.
