Nikita is a Change Manager with Nelson & Murdock. In the view of the way the business
landscape is evolving with more reliance on technology, she intends to bring about many
new initiatives which require employees to unlearn certain aspects and learn many new

Nikita should select a behavioral theory for faster results because it suggests that the behavior is learned and influenced by external forces therefore the employee's behavior will depend on their interaction with their leaders.
Learning through reinforcement brings about behavior modification in an employee by use of positive reinforcement such as rewarding the best-performing employee will motivate the workers and encourage them to change their attitudes and work harder to achieve the rewards. However negative reinforcement such as punishing the poor performers will also force workers to change their behavior and conform to management rules and regulations that will help in achieving the best outcome.
