The difference between content and process approaches
The difference between content and process approaches
Content approaches are models of motivation that aim at people’ live needs. They involve opinions and interpretation of information which makes communication effective in motivating individuals. On the other hand, process theories involve analysis of psychological and behavioral processes that influence people’s motivation. They include directions of handling individual related ideas and other issues in the universe (Dumont et al. 2018).
