DESCRIBE THE IMPORTANCE OF QUALITY CONTROL. USE WORKPLACE EXAMPLES TO SUPPORT YOUR ANSWER
Quality control is necessary to ensure that the generated items / services meet the required specifications. To ensure that the products or services are free of defects or faults at all stages of manufacturing. QCs are also involved in documenting inspections at various phases of production so that future production activities can be identified. As a QC Engineer in a gear manufacturing facility, I will continue to respond mechanically. The first product created in each step should be evaluated by a quality controller to ensure that the product produced meets the specifications, allowing the operators to continue production and documenting the produced product specs. They must do several tests on manufactured products that are only performed by QC's. During production on the production line, they must visually inspect and identify cracks, damages, and any other type of flaw in the items, which would otherwise result in a lot rejection.
