A strategy plan report for small business
Marianne and Keith Bean have worked in the food sector for quite some time. Their first restaurant was in Antlers, Oklahoma, in 1981, and their second was in Hugo, Oklahoma, in 1988. Although many of the dishes on their menu are acclaimed for their excellence, they are most known for their sweets. They've chosen to offer their flavored whipped cream toppings independently from the restaurants after receiving several requests over the years.
Marianne and Keith Bean have created several flavored whipped cream topping recipes. Chocolate, raspberry, cinnamon almond, and strawberry are among them. Over the last 18 years, these flavorful dessert toppings have been employed in the setting of their two restaurants and have been made in huge quantities. The product has a 21-day shelf life at refrigerated temperatures and six-month shelf life when frozen. This product will be sold frozen in 8 and 12-ounce plastic tubs by the Beans.
Strategy plan report with literature review.
While the strategic goals for Whipped Dream were carefully planned, it is possible that they may not be reached. Therefore, the Beans have chosen to create a comfort zone for reaching sales and financial targets. A 10% negative divergence from planned sales and estimated returns on assets will be tolerated for both sales and financial targets. Specific steps will be taken if sales targets and returns on investment fall short of estimates by more than 90%.
