The Right to Privacy in the Bill of Rights means freedom to individuals. However, freedom is not absolute as there are other laws that prohibit citizens from engaging in activities that go against the law.

The Bill of Rights says that every individual has the right not to have their home or themselves searched. The Fourth Amendments further provides a legal framework that protects individuals from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government.
