Tasks of production refers to the process of creating output in a certain criteria. It involves various tasks or duties that include identifying inputs, scheduling production, minimizing production costs, ensuring product quality,and improving existing products. On the other hand, operations management refers to the administration of company practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within an organization. It focuses on planning, implementing, and supervising the production of goods or services. The managers have the responsibility on strategy and day-to-day production.
