Communication is the process of sending and receiving messages through verbal or nonverbal means, including speech, or oral communication; writing and graphical representations (such as infographics, maps, and charts); and signs, signals, and behavior. In order to interact with others, I shall employ verbal communication. Only people have the ability to bring meaning into words. Social characteristics such as class, gender, and age group are reflected in language. People want their words to be understood, yet they frequently believe that the meaning has been received. I will use face-to-face, telephone, and radio mediums to transmit information. They will allow me to hone my message and reach the receivers effectively.
