Using the ‘five-factor model of personality', how would you describe the Chinese Trainee Managers’ behavior on the management course ?
On the basis of the five factors model, the behaviour in management course of Chinese trainee is like Neuroticism because in Neuroticism person feels worried, jealous, fear, moody, depressed mood etc. The same way the behaviour of Chinese management trainee was there in the management course. In the starting week, they were not getting involved in the discussion. Chinese management trainee was feeling shy and when given some chance to them to express themselves then they denied for that. But after two weeks they overcome their problem and started participating in the management training course. This all situation shows that Chinese management trainee was of Neuroticism as per five-factor model of personality.
