The ordering and delivery system

The ordering process starts with a customer ordering a product. If the product is not ready-made, it has to go through certain stages to facilitate the issuance of the product. It has to go to the production department, then to the necessary plants. Upon approval from the plant, the salesperson has to go to the warehouse to collect it then organize it for transport which if not readily available then he has to organize for it. From there it is then delivered to the customer.

To improve the process, the organization should ensure the products are readily available as well as the transport to avoid delays to the customer.
