Therefore, it is a good idea to establish the proposed business in the area to explore the potential growth of tourism and future developments on the island. Besides, the popular swimming spot provides an opportunity for the MNC to leverage the availability of customers and easily adapt to the new market. However, the number of rooms should be considered based on the size of the market. Therefore, it is important to assess current and future market size potentials to determine the number of rooms required to serve the market.
